Championship 2023 Event Pack Finalist Ver.

Upper bound: our copy estimates for each card in this pack at each event, added up and divided by the cards in one pack (2). Those estimates assume every event filled every prize tier and handed out every prize, so the real number is lower. Method for the first event: num_events x 40 packs per event x 2 cards per pack / 11 cards in the pack list = 7.27 per event; assumes every card is equally likely, Bandai does not publish pull rates; Finals tiers read as placement bands (Top 16 = 9th-16th, Top 8 = 5th-8th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, Champion), because Bandai's Finals tables list each band's full prize (the Champion row has no Finalist Card Set); upper bound assuming every event filled the tier and every prize was handed out. Bandai does not publish print runs.
